G of the Day
Today we will be honoring Game (formerly known as "The Game") as G of the day. This comes after he released his new mixtape titled "Purp & Patron" yesterday. This obviously isn't what put him on the map, but this is another very impressive piece from Game. He's been associated with other big acts like 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Pharell and Dr. Dre. He was also a member of G-Unit, until a feud with 50 Cent got him kicked out in 2005. He and 50 Cent traded disses back and forth for a number of years until their beef finally came to a halt. Game also ran into legal troubles, being sued for assault at a concert, being arrested for disorderly conduct and charged with resisting arrest, and was arrested on weapons possessions as well. For this, he has served 60 days in jail. Through all of this, Game always made good music and continued to keep it G. You'll be hard pressed to find this guy not dressed well or without a cigar in hand.

Game and Wiz drop a hot track
typical from the game and wiz never ceases to kill shit... gotta be that good good
G of the Day
G of the Day Today: B.J. Raji. Let's look at this guy. He eats all he wants and gets paid $28. 5 million over 5 years with $18 million guaranteed, only to pound quarterbacks into the ground on a regular basis. The reason he is the G of the day today is because he made almost the play of the game in the NFC Championship game, where he dropped back into coverage for a pick-6 to almost seal the game for Green Bay. When you look at the play, you have to wonder how you can be THAT big, and run THAT fast. He started his celebration almost before he even caught the ball. B.J. Raji was the G of the weekend as far as sports was concerned.

G of the Day
Today's G of the day is the Notorious B.I.G. Despite his premature death at the young age of 24, he was still able to be considered one of the best emcees of all time. He was raised in Brooklyn, NY where he adopted the nickname "Big" at age 10. Instead of being embarrassed, he embraced the nickname, and later was known as "Biggie." Because he was raised by a single mother who did nothing but teach, he was forced to find his own way to make money, and he did this by selling drugs. This path led him to later arrests stemming from dealing crack cocaine and weapons possessions charges. His early life did much to influence his rap career. He was able to release 2 solo albums ("Ready to Die" and "Life After Death") and a collaboration album with Junior M.A.F.I.A ("Conspiracy"). He was and is also considered by many one of the best freestyle rappers ever. Unfortunately, we will never know Biggie would have been able to do, had he been able to fulfill his potential. Still, what we do know is that Biggie always kept it G, and that is clearly illustrated in his biographical film "Notorious." I don't know if there is or ever will be someone as G as the great Chris Wallace.
Move over Lucifer, I'm more ruthless, leave you toothless.

Once again a fresh track from Kinetics. They never cease to impress.
G of the Day
Today's G of the day is the original boss dog: Snoop D-O- double G. Snoop's been rappin since '93 when he released "Doggystyle," arguably one of the best rap albums of its time. The rest is history. Snoop is now almost engraved in the American culture, releasing 3 number 1 albums, and never creating an album that's come short of number 5 on the US R & B billboard charts. He's sold over 19 million records in the US alone. Just to show his versatility, he's also made over 40 appearances in film. Most recently, he's been collaborating with our good old friend Wiz Khalifa to make a movie titled "High School," which is set to release 4/20 of this year. From the soundtrack of this movie, the two have released the song "That Good" as well as its corresponding music video. Look closely and you can find Snoop rocking a super duper G Taylor Gang hoodless. I'm sure we'll see a lot more of this collaboration in the near future.

Wiz Khalifa - Mesmerized
In the words of the great Wiz Khalifa, "I keep it so G." This hot track comes from the mixtape "Kush and OJ," which was a No. 1 trending topic on both google and twitter at one time or another after its release. This song, like many done by Khalifa, describes what it means to be a G. And of course, he and his crew are rocking crew necks throughout the video.
